Room was really nice beds were ok not great but I’m spoiled to my bed, great location and amenities, breakfast was pretty good my kids loved the fact there were fruit loops. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice. Staff was friendly when we checked in

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Monticello, AR. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good.

What I didn’t like was that my room was still dirty I had hair in the shower and by the sink area was sticky….needs better cleanliness and customer service

No organization, night staff has been super helpful and supportive. Who ever planned the room’s screwed up big time. Our 1st room was occupied, then the 2nd room we were given keys to was also occupied. We’ve been trying to get to our room for 30 minutes.

After a minor complication, Jay was really awesome and took care of me and my daughter. I really appreciate the service. I would definitely stay again.

Clean nice people bed was great breakfast was a lil ruff but not bad

Loved the location and even had a movie theatre right behind the hotel, close walking distance for Walmart Cato and several other stores. I don't know how long this hotel has been here, I think it fairly new I will stay again if I am in the area, but the house keeping was not great the hotel front desk were friendly and helpful need to inspect more floors and sheets in the room needed major attention employees were out front smoking when we arrived need to do this to the side of the building walking into the building all I could smell was smoke

I thought rooms were clean and front desk service was good except for temporary situation due to remodeling. Only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioner in room was not controlling unless I didn’t just understand it. But the beds were comfy and had a good night rest plus of course the price could be a lot better.
