I booked through Expedia and got a specific rate as well as a receipt. Upon arrival, I gave my card for incidentals but had none during my stay. The morning I checked out, I got a notification from my credit card company of a charge from the hotel, so I checked my CC app to see that the hotel charged me three times, once every day, for a different amount each time. When I inquired at checkout, I was told that the charges would get cleared but they have not.

Hotel is close to the highway and provide comfortable rooms. This is a pet friendly hotel which I love, :) Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very comfy and spacious. However needs attention to the cleanest around the lobby area and specially the elevators.

It was nice to know there was stores nearby. One room heat isn’t working to turn down. It was too hot.

No hair dryer. No convenience food/drinks in vending machine. Shower in poor condition. Breakfast very good.

My stay was uneventful but the breakfast was horrible and not being manned by staff. It wasnt replenished at all and by 8am everything was empty

It was good, not too many issues, just a lot of kids running on the floor above me..But overall good for the night.

Was given a room that still had dirty laundry piled on the bed and room not clean. Check in staff then assigned us to another room that had a disabled electronic card lock and was also not adequately cleaned. The entire property is not in good shape and up to company standards. Night staff gave us extra towels that we requested and was very apologetic and helpful. She had obviously been doing laundry all night long! Think I'll stick with my Hilton points. There a little more predictable.

This facility is filthy. The first room they gave us was dirty and the bed still had prior guests head impression on the pillow. The spread had simply been pulled up with the used sheets scrunched beneath. The next room beds were ok but it needed to be vacuumed. The lobby floor was covered in coffee and who knows what else stains. The window in our room was so filthy we could barely see out of it. The young man at checking could not have cared less about his job. Fortunately when we went back to the front desk there was a woman who actually cared and apologized. This facility is a disgrace.

When we arrived to our room we were greeted with a bag of trash and a dirty rag in front of it, along with an unsecured lock on our door. After changing rooms, we found the bathroom floors extremely sticky. Additionally, the bed skirt was halfway on the bed-frame, showing the large stains. The comforter had stains. One of the lights in the room did not work as well. The bathroom water also came out black. We arrived to breakfast 45 minutes before it ended to find they were all out of bread. The lobby had a large leak with strange drippings.

One of the first things I noticed upon entering the room was a booger on the top of the bed sheets. The beds were smaller than I expected but that's my fault for not paying enough attention to the listing. They were harshly understaffed and had the maintenance man making breakfast and he had a good attitude about it which was the most pleasant part of the stay, but it took a long time for us to be able to get anything to eat because he struggled to keep it stocked. The shower was gross and you can tell elsewhere throughout the room that this location is just an afterthought. Also after my stay I noticed an unknown charge on my bank account and when I called they told me they didn't know how to check and see what it was. I have honestly never had a more disappointing stay in a hotel.
