A quiet oasis in the heart of the city! The staff is awesome.

Great location, very quite place in the city center, close to all relevant points, landmarks, shopping, etc. Highly recommend.

Bed was old and had a dip in it.

The pictures online are nothing like the actual property. The rooms are so old, smelly & the beds are very uncomfortable. We felt totally scammed by the online photos. I would never go back. We told the staff about our experience & they stared back at us with no response. Terrible service.

Located on Chestnut Street, with buses to the historic area, and only a few blocks from Suburban Station and a rail line to the airport. Lots of shopping and restaurants to satisfy any taste, though I often found myself at Reading Terminal Market. The hotel is only a few blocks north of Rittenhouse Square, an urban oasis of trees, flowers, and benches. One nice feature: a coffee/espresso machine in the lobby, and fountains on each floor to re-fill water bottles. The staff was professional and helpful. I don’t get to return to my hometown as often as I’d like, but will definitely be staying here again.

As always the room was great, staff is very friendly. Only thing is the remote for the TV was not in the room

Well situated for activities in the centre of Philadelphia!

This was my second stay in a club quarters hotel in the last year. The staff are so friendly. The rooms are a reasonable size but unless you are in a suite you will only be spending a minimal amount of time there anyhow.

Hotel is in a great location! Clean hotel with great staff. I highly recommend.

Location is ideal. Room and bathroom are small but efficient. Good value for price. Didn’t like that hotel sent me an email with an opportunity to upgrade to a higher category room for a price. I took it. It turns out all the rooms are the same size and I paid extra for a king rather than a queen size bed. This is misleading and just a way to get guest to pay higher than the Expedia rate.

Great Location. Short walk to the subway to catch a Mets game. Lobby is on the second floor which I thought was interesting. While the building is old, it is well maintained. I liked the free toiletries available stocked in closets on each floor and there was free purified water and water bottles on each floor. Excellent water pressure in the bathroom. Comfortable bed. Many good restaurants close by.

Really convenient small hotel but clean comfortable room

The hotel staff are welcoming and helpful, the rooms have an espresso machine, and the lobby offer a coffee machine that offers multiple hot drinks as well as tea; and the location is very convenient - central and close to local transportation.

The place is nice and clean walking distance to bars , shopping and restaurants 😊
