I’ve stayed here several times and each time has been bad. Not sure why I keep going back, but the walls are paper thin and it’s always someone partying until 6 AM making loud noise and walking around and stomping. This last day was very bad definitely when I go back and I have to make it known on other platforms so people are aware before they stay here.

I love the property I lovedvall the art. Although, i didn't receive any of my credits

Loved the hotel but they charged me double

The telephone in my room did not work. I wanted to order room service and had to use my cell phone. When I called the front desk they tried to connect me to the restaurant 3 times and no one answered. I explained I wanted to order drinks to my room and they did not even offer to help take my order etc. I had to go downstairs and get them myself. I am paying for comfort and to be taken care of. I did not feel taken care of or comfortable here. We also went to use the bathrooms in the lobby and one of them was backed up with toilet paper. Finally, last but not least, the TV was not set up either so we spent the morning in silence.

Hidden fees

Had lots of fun! They had a cute downtown events pages at the front and I thought the weekend DJ was a fun surprise. Overall a great stay and would love to book again. Only wish parking was included with stay.

Clean and modern hotel. I stayed here for a business conference, easy 20min walk to the convention center.

Absolutely stunning suite! Shower and overall layout were more than expected. Amazing balcony view.

Friendly staff, lovely pool. The room was big and nice with very soft towels!

The room was great especially the big shower since my mom is handicapped. The room would have been excellent if it would have a microwave.

Great location and the atmosphere was amazing!! Showers are a bit water messy but the bed was super comfy!! Parking was difficult and a bit expensive

I LOVED the atmosphere and how amazing the hotel staff were. Even when sold out, the receptionist were so sweet and understanding of the WiFi being laggy. The bartender was the sweetest to have and she felt so bad for how long my food was being taken to made, she comp my drink for free. I was here for roughly two nights for a comic con in Phoenix and whenever I have the chance again, I’ll definitely be back here again.

Sleek, comfy, and blackout-curtain approved. Special shoutout to Mia, the restaurant manager—she’s a gem. Friendly, on point, and makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time. Will 100% be back. FOUND:RE just gets it.
