Absolutely amazing hotel!! Very clean and quite!! Beds are super comfortable!! Great location as well!!! Highly recommend!!!

There were coackroackes in the room and I had to go to Walmart to buy bug spray, the bedsheets didn't smell like they were freshly washed and the whole property looks shady, dirty and guetto. For their "breakfast" there was just...nothing but a bowl of cereals! Just a waste of money, never again.

The flip lock on the door is broken #133. The desk chair leans back so far you feel like you'll hit the floor. But, the staff brought us a regular straight back chair which was wonderful. The toilet is loose from the floor, annoying but, not a deal breaker. Outside had alot of construction areas. Staff was great and very helpful. Will stay again.

The staff at this Howard Johnson are beyond friendly, helpful, kind. I have enjoyed my stay I wish you offered monthly lease like Stayable Lakeland did.

My personal experience being here was great the staff was really nice and friendly the room was good the bed was extra comfy we were for a total of 5 days

The reviews were so wrong about this place, the rooms smelled and had mold in the ceilings there was roaches everywhere and everything is really old nothing like the pictures! They also stole my deposit because their fire alarm popped out of the wall and I was blamed for it meanwhile nothing was destroyed or ruined.

I have to cancel this reservation the hotel is not safely and dirty my husband was there with my daughter and he said is not good people around the room

Easy check in, quiet. Great staff, friendly housekeepers. Would recommend. Centrally located.

The staff was rude. If you get late check out they will knock on your door repeatedly until you leave

The a.c was not working correctly and the people downstairs where suowe load

This hotel is filthy throughout. The room was full of cockroaches, and the water smelled so rotten that I had to buy bottled water to shower and rinse my mouth. I left the hotel a day before my reservation was due to end because of the cockroach problem, and I couldn't sleep well.
