We loved the position on the Island. Excellent for buses as we did not have a car. The views from the public rooms were stunning. The food was good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

An amazing hotel with stunning views!! I can't fault anything! Helpful and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast in a beautiful Seaview restaurant! Great pool, ideal when we stayed as the weather was amazing 🌞 We are just in the process of booking a return visit this year!

It felt like a family home very inviting though air conditioning in the rooms would be helpful The rooms also very small and not much storage when coming from North Anerica

Lovely all round hotel in a great location for restaurants, supermarket and buses. Hill is steep, so less mobile might struggle. Good car parking right outside, and EV charging by harbour. Pool clean though chilly and even though temperatures were high 20s and full hotel not used, plenty of sunbeds with pool towels. Only negative no hair conditioner or body lotion, no ice bucket and no fridge. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast.

A wonderful 5-day holiday. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. And the swimming pool helped in the 38C temperatures! St Aubin is a great location; away from St Helier, but just 20 minutes away by bus. The railway walk (3 miles) to Corbiere is just on the doorstep. A note for those with mobility issues: the hillside location gives great views, but entails a short up hill walk to the hotel; also, being an older building, there is no air con in the bedrooms (although fans are provided) - we survived in the heat wave, however.

The swimming pool area was attractive with comfortable beds and fresh towels. Our lunch was excellent, very interesting menu and beautifully presented food. The loyalty card is a great idea. All the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely go back.

Great location in St Aubin. Bit of a climb up from the village. Staff are ALL very friendly. Beware of a service charge on all bar bills if you book them to your room Only downside is the LOYALTY APP, bit of a joke. Breakfast is great 👍, but eating out in the evening can be cheaper.

Unfortunately Our twin room was very small and dark not the type of room you want on a getaway holiday . Another issue was that we got up and went down for breakfast at 8:30am to find a 16 people waiting in a queue for breakfast so we had to stand there for 30 min … obviously everyone was getting very irritated. Overall I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Jersey and have had much nicer experiences, I have stayed at the Summerville once before and unfortunately have had the same type of room this time I was hoping for a different experience with such a lovely situated hotel.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Not best positioned if you’re not good at hills but ok if you have a car. Quiet area with a few good looking restaurants.

Loved the country house style of the hotel. Check-in was quick and reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and decorated to our taste. Comfy bed and powerful shower with hot water. Room was tided daily and water replenished. Plenty of parking and views from hotel and room were magnificent. Choice at breakfast was good although sadly the hot choices were not cooked fresh and you could tell they had been cooked in advance and were sitting warming, so scrambled egg not hot, tomatoes dried etc. A shame and the main thing for not giving this hotel a full 5 stars.

This is a comfortable hotel. The lounge/restaurant area is superb - a great place to relax and enjoy the view over the bay. We enjoyed our bar snacks meal and our one dinner was of excellent quality. Our bathroom was a bit tired - adequate but needed a refurb. Most staff e.g. reception and bar, were warm and welcoming. Outside areas are beautiful - the pool looks good. Reasonable parking Steepish walk down to the little harbour.
