Breakfast was great and plenty. Slightly different from day to day. Great privacy from staff. Friendly staff. Hot tub is actually hot. Close to bus stops. Great parking.

Staff were so friendly, and they made breakfast so easy and delicious for our busy family. It's definitely an older property, but the rooms have been redone nicely with some fun amenities like helpful lighting controls. So nice to have a balcony in the room. Pool is tiny, with a little shallow section and larger deep area. You can see mountains while you swim, which is lovely.

Easy to find. Near the strip of the shopping centers. Parking is extremely convenient and in the basement

love the breakfast. the pool and the hot tub. the hotel toom was gorgeous and big. and the balcony is huge and we all love our personal hot tub too. we will definitely come back.

Great location, I'd book this hotel again forsure! Only complaint the pillow case material. Soo scratchy not a nice soft cotton material.

Solid functional chain hotel with breakfast and pool w/hottub. Good location to downtown Banff and area skiing and parks. You can walk right into town and closest shuttle stop is 50 meters up the street. The breakfast saves you money and lets you conveniently fuel up for the day. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Garage is a bit tight but was nice to not have to clean snow off the car.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was amazing and so kind. We couldn’t believe how accommodating Suzette at the front desk was & Keith in the breakfast room was amazing too! Our only complaint was that the floor was wet in our room along the edges of the room, which they thought was from the heavy snow melting. They offered to use fans to dry it up, but we decided to put towels down instead. The room was large and the deck was huge with a hot tub! Definitely a great room! The breakfast was tasty too! The pool was small but we had a great time using it. We would come back for sure!
