Over all a clean and orderly place but thaw fact that i was over charged narly triple the original given price for wich the room was booked and that i am still waiting on the refund is what made this stay more than inconvenient, stayed on the phone with hotels.com app and with front desk staff nearly 4 hours total the first day i informed them i had been over charged mostly due to the manager of whom id spoken with twice by phone while at work that day was not available nor able to make contact with once i got in that evening as i was told, then missed over half the next day of working hours to be able to meet and talk face to face with the manager whom not only myself but a female employee of the property who was subjected to a indecent event to say the least while being there alone and had informed the manager who finaly showed up hours later... female staff in that environment should not be left alone or at least not be made to feel as though they are helpless and the manager repeatedly saying he was on the way shows hours later. Completely unprofessional and uncaring of coworker's personal being and mentality of being on the job.

Hotel is in a great location for food and entertainment. Hotel staff members are great. My only complaint was the dirty rags and dirty tub.

The bed and things in general were ok, and there are nearby very expensive hotels. But there are loiterers on this property, and our shower had little pressure and water temperature could not go beyond warm.

Staff was friendly clean facility and nice breakfast buffet overall great stay and highly satisfied

Loved this place. The staff was EXCELLENT, the hotel is well appropriated, clean, and functional. Love that they have clean water in the lobby! The breakfast was a step above continental which was nice.

The staff was, friendly, upbeat, and sweet.

My stay went well only thing is there was stands of hair n the tub and on the bathroom floor need to change show curtain

Nice hotel. The man at the front desk when I checked in was very nice. Room was clean and presentable.

The bed room area and the TV was too dark. The hotel did not make up- the bed or added clean towels in one of my rooms. The dining room was not properly set up causing unnecessary congestion.

Had an accident in the bathroom. I fell in the tub do to no texture in the bottom of the tub.

Property was clean, room was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. However the tub and sink were both backed up and the ac/ heating unit was missing buttons to control to unit. There also was a bad odor that i couldn't identify where it was coming from or what it was. The manager attempted to unclog the drain but was unsuccessful. Not likely to return.

The rooms were clean but very outdated. Poor renovations.

This hotel would have gotten an overall excellent rating from me except that the rooms on the third floor do not have drapes that close. This meant that the bright light from the street and the parking greatly interfered with my sleep.
