The room was spacious especially for Europe and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. A special shout out to Stefania who was wonderful.

Overall it is very good. Service at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Tubs are hard to get in and out of and slippery. Better to have shower stalls. Drains in bathroom are a bit clogged. Great location in old town. Would recommend.

Good location and room, but toilet was leaking water all night and towels had black spots.

Busted and Old AC unit made exaggerating noise all night. Room is way small for EU standards. Seems that the Hotel was 4 stars some years ago. Lobby is beautiful and classy but that’s it. Theres no parking. Period. Don’t ask. Location is perfect and close to everything. Wish they do some renovations and mayor maintenance soon, very promising hotel.

Nice hotel , very clean except the cleaner didn’t wash a cup out I left or replenished the coffee . Not a lot to moan about but I do need a coffee in the morning.

Fabulous location in centre of Palermo within easy walking distance of the major sights & numerous cafe’s restaurants & shops. . The staff were very friendly & helpful. It’s an old building & our room was a bit tired, don’t expect shiny & new. The bartender was fab & we had a great cocktail on the roof terrace.

Service was top-notch. Everyone is super nice. The place is clean and the towels are fantastically large and absorbent. Location is perfectly centered to a lot of activities. Highly recommend this place.

This is an old old hotel, a tired one in the heart of Palermo, I was tricked by the shiny photos when I booked a 3 right stay. I wish at least they have replaced the mattresses; as for the evening and morning noise, it feels as if you are sleeping in a train station, literally with people talking loud at night while returning to their rooms, or slamming doors non stop day and night, I guess this is due to lack of any sound insulation, but again, it might be an experience for some :) The stuff at the reception though are very helpful and they try their best to make your stay cheerful, thank you to each one of them.

Really nice and helpful people, great location just the parking is really difficult, but hotel helped us with that and thank you them for doing that, it is beautiful everything it looks like in 1960th.

Excellent location in walking distance to many attractions, nightlife and train station. Giamopiero at the front desk was welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and kind. He truly made our stay in Palermo exceptional.

Central location - busy area but hotel and room is as very quiet, great air conditioning and good water pressure in the shower. Very helpful and courteous staff. It was a great find.

They really need a facelift in a number of areas-bathrooms, lighting in common areas to relax; couches outside the superb breakfast room are torn It’s a beautiful hotel with terrific service that needs a bit more attention. Take a page from the Hotel Quirinale playbook in Roma.
