Not impressed

I stayed in two separate rooms and they both smelled musty and dank. The rooms could have been cleaner. It felt as if whiever owns it , does the bare minimum because they know it's afforable and they have a captive audience for the location. Also, the faucets leak unless you basically tighten it to the point you can't turn it back on. Disappointing they have neglected the property.

We would highly recommend this hotel. The full breakfast was really good. The property was really pretty

Very clean I honestly have nothing negative to say about my experience there and I truly recommend this hotel

clean rooms. The hot tub didn’t work, and when we asked the front desk they said it should be working but didn’t actually check it out or try to fix it.

We got an accessible bathroom, but in the bathtub the floor in the tub was very slippery and the material they put down for anti-slip was totally inadequate. No.

The staff were nice but they complained about being short staffed not being able to clean rooms. The room needs updating. The refrigerator hummed high pitch all night. The wall next to our heads vibrated and made noise all day and night not sure if it was the laundry or pool pump. Wall air conditioning 3 inches from bed so that person in that bed has to freeze in order to cool the room. The fire alarm went off only on our room terrified my grandson super loud and it also says fire! They had to come and replace the fire alarm and fix the thermostat in our room. No one even apologized for us being traumatized On positive side the pool was warm and the breakfast was decent

A very average hotel that was way overpriced. Mattress was one of the hardest I have ever *attempted* to sleep on. Staff were really not helpful.

They extended our check out time for us since we arrived very late with children. They were very accommodating. Breakfast had a good selection. Rooms were spacious for a sizable family.

We liked the buffet and extra foldout bed.

We had a great stay at this Holiday INN Express! The facility was exceptionally clean, everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! Plenty of delicious options to choose from.

I like the quietness of the area. Easy to find, right off of the freeway. Over all staff were great. Checkin/check out were quick and easy. No hidden charges. The most important part was that the room was cleaned and dusted. The only minor complaint was not enough table/chair during breakfast. The hand soap dispenser was strangely located far from the sink. The soap, shampoo/condition were basic. We booked for 3 and there was only 1 Qtip/cotton balls/nail file package. Luckily we brought some.

This property was your typical Holiday inn Express !
