The staff was quite friendly and all was clean. The only negative point was the fact there is no electric plug next to the bed

Good value for money. Clean modern and convenient just on the motorway services. Staff very helpful and friendly and room pleasant and motorway services very handy for snacks and Waitrose express shopping.

Room was clean and quiet and ataff very helpful and attentive. Great for a stop over stay

Basic bed, bathroom and kettle which were perfect for what I required but the radiator was rusty and dirty and the bathroom could have done with updating/redecorating

Needs updating, ok for stopover after late flight for a few hours sleep.

The room was very nice, the bed was really comfortable, it was surprisingly quiet too, and the staff were helpful.

Check in and everything was fine bit woke up around midnight as the roof above me had some cracking noise and realised its one of the rooms above. The place wasn't fully booked so I think the hitel mangers should consider this if has been flagged before or repair the flooring. As the nouse its terrible when sleeping.

Nice clean room, welcoming staff. Didn’t know that booking through the website would save us an additional £5 on parking, so some clarity on that would have been helpful, and the room was slightly dated but totally forgotten about when the price was taken into consideration

Everything was good, shower worked really well too.

Tried to check in at 2:30am obviously very tired, problem with hotels.com booking said we hadn’t paid took 40 minutes for receptionist to be able to come up with a solution to just pay again

No obvious way to add parking to booking and so was charged an extra £5 for that.

Room needs refurbishment. Staff on check on not that helpful. Seemed unable to use computer.

Friendly and efficient check in Christmas eve only two guests so had my useful top floor room

It was a room. Seen better days but bed was clean. Needs a lot of tlc.

Was basic room, did the job for the night. Wasn't set up for three people staying. Had to go and collect towels/mugs for the third person
