I love that Hospitality is the oldest service in hotels, immaculate. I asked for privacy because it was my honeymoon, and they were pretty good on that. Comfortable rooms, very friendly staff.

Refused to let us eat traditional food(the restaurant does not offer). We bought outside of the restaurant in any of their common areas. Though we offered to consume coffee from their restaurant. We had to leave the hotel, to go to Starbucks to get coffee and enjoy our pastes. Everything else is mid. Location is great!

Is a good place for one night in Pachuca

De los hoteles Gamma en los que me he hospedado (CDMX, Cd. Juárez, Orizaba, y Guadalajara) este ha sido el peor hotel en el cual me he quedado. Las instalaciones son viejas y en decadencia. Desde la alfombra, hasta la cama, todo muestra el poco cuidado que se le ha brindado al hotel para mantenerlo actualizado. El baño no tiene ventilación alguna, lo cual hace que la humedad, y por ende el olor, se quede guardado en el cuarto y este huela mal todo el tiempo. Lo único rescatable del establecimiento es la comida del restaurante y el personal de limpieza, quienes fueron extremadamente amables y serviciales. El personal de recepción te ignora y tratan de bo hacer contacto visual para evitar hablar contigo. No es un hotel que recomiendo ni en el que me volvería a quedar. Es mejor evitarlo.

Hotel is good, next to golf club, easy access. Rooms are in good condition.
