Clean rooms, staff good and nice

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and well kept amenities and our room had a lovely view of ocean & pool.

My room was disgusting. There was mold all over the bathroom. The shower curtain was disgusting. There was dust when I pulled the sheets back. The window had so much dust accumulated it looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The door locks were broken. The pool was not heated it was freezing. I witnessed an employee in the buffet breakfast area take food from a served plate and throw it back into the Warming tray. I thought that was so unsanitary and gross.

Poor costumers service, only one bottle weather the first day and we were 3 people. The first day on the door enter they was very attending but no the second day. Additional was in construction or renovation. I don’t return again to the this hotel.

This hotel was a beautiful location. We had an ocean view, which was spectacular! I think the only downfall, was the AC. It was severely hot when we were there, and the AC seemed to be working overtime. There is no central air. My advice, is to have them start the AC prior to you checking in. The pool was also under maintenance for a day when we were there, but they accommodated by letting you take a shuttle to their sister hotel, which has a fantastic pool!

Old, work out. Everything is rusted, door broken, balcony door also broken. Stains, dirty.

Staff was very helpful with the multiple reservations and very friendly with all my family

Hotel muy viejo y descuidado

I like the location of this place and the area around it, close to shopping area and restaurants but I didn’t like the beach, it has no beach at all, you have to walk a little to get to a small beach however you are not allowed to swim. It looks a little outdated from the pool area.
