Nice hotel

Liked our room , very clean and laid out well. Liked the walk in shower. Good service at the bar and checkin. Would have liked the information on parking explained better.

The air conditioning was very loud, even when turned off at the thermostat, air conditioning noise from other rooms could be heard. The sink in the bathroom drained very slowly. I'm surprized the cleaning staff did not report this as a problem to be addressed by maintenance.

Clean and only a block away from the waterfront and a number of restaurants. But only 2 small elevators made for some waiting at times.

Clean room and great property. The only downfall were the guests next door being loud at 5:30am. The hotel must do something to improve the sound proofing of the rooms

Everything was fine at the hotel. Only thing I will complain about was the scents. There are many perfumed smells obviously in cleaners, carpets and the bedding. This made for an uncomfortable stay. I won’t stay again due to this. Also, we were charged for internet . I have 3 Bonvoy accounts so that shouldn’t have happened ! In a great location .

We asked for a late check out and the front desk attendant (not sure of her name) was unfriendly and made us feel like and absolute inconvenience. We were polite in asking and said if it didn’t work, we’d be ok with that. Her response was “well, fine but no later than 12:30”. Incredibly unexpected for a Marriott.
