Staff were wonderful very helpful with our arriving later than we said. We normally have a wonderful stay here. Have come back several times. Now we did choose a cheaper room than we would normally book here and it was Boxing Day and school holidays but it was so NOISY!! A room that was near stairs and main road and so it was a thoroughfare but the walls were paper thin why do people have to stomp around so loudly. Sounded like they were moving furniture directly above. The car park was a distance from the room they should be numbered according to the room. It was a comfy bed. But the vacuuming/ cleanliness left a lot to be desired there were disgusting cut toenails on the carpet. So gross. The toilet didn’t flush well. And then the foxtel tv kept buffering every 5-10 mins through a movie cause the network/wifi wasn’t good. We will come back again stay in our normal room which is at the back. Not at Xmas. Ps we didn’t use the aircon.

Room looked out over garden which provided privacy and a degree of safety Hotel was noisy though, could hear toilets being flushed in other rooms and cars starting in the morning (they were parked right outside my door) Room was clean, bathroom was clean too. Foxtel was a nice touch. Mattress felt older and not as supportive as other hotels recently stayed in Service was friendly and efficient.

Clean Frendly helpful staff

Staff were lovely and the room was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Room smelt so nice. Bed was comfy. Well worth the price.

Property was very clean and quiet. Close to dining options. We stopped for one night on yhe way home. It was perfect for us.

In a time where people just don't provide customer service like they could and should, we felt really welcome and the customer service was great. The manager was friendly, positive and super helpful, a great ambassador for the town and Quality Inn Swan Hill.

Wifi offered was poor? Regularly dropped off with weak connection, unreliable signal!

The rooms were well maintained, air conditioned, spacious and comfortable for 2 people for our 2 night stay.

Staff were very helpful and it was very quite.

Easy to enjoy

Our room for 3 people was a queen and single bed. No couch or any space around beds, was cramped. The queen rooms for 2 people had a couch and more space, do 2 rooms would be needed if more since needed. Room was not made up on Saturday, as no cleaners in that day, although reception did give me fresh towels when I asked. Pool area was great on such a hot day, and air conditioners worked well, not too noisy.

Didnt feel welcome when we arrived by office staff. Felt like we were bothering them.

Loved the pool and room was nice.

A large gap around the door to our room meant a COLD draft of air (it was 2C overnight) came in all night. No doubt in summer hot air would do the same. Our room faced the street and it was very bright. There was no morning "room make-up" service. Quality in name only - disappointing!

Well maintained, very pleasant staff, stocked mini bar even though this is something I wouldn't use, even had bickies for your cuppa. Bedding very comfortable. Very quiet couldn't hear any other guest, this will be my first choice when I stay in Swan Hill again.

Lovely clean and tidy room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Walking distance to the shops.
