Friendly and efficient base for an overnight business stay

Good point - very good location, very nice breakfast and a comfortable room with a bed enough for 3-4 people. Minus - they don't have their own parking, but you can park near the public parking at Gatecross for £6 24 hours using the hotel discount. If you are travelling with a disabled person, there is disabled car parking at the hotel where you can park your car as long as you have a blue badge. They never told us that there is a disabled car park in front of the hotel - we came to know only after two or three days. Overall, we had a good stay, but it could have been excellent if we had known there was accessible parking for disabled guests at the hotel.

Had a lovely stay in a family friendly room (2 double beds for 2 adults one child) Check in was quick, staff were very friendly and professional. Room was clean. Only downside is I would have welcomed a mini fridge to put our own water etc in as it was a warm weekend.

It's a good Hotel although parking is expensive

Clean and large rooms. Everything necessary for a short stay

Excellent hotel with lovely staff, great breakfast and very clean, comfortable rooms and facilities. Close to town centre to walk with children. The only down side was the situation in the middle of a busy road but really didn’t matter. Would stay again when coming to Leicester.

Good stay

We just stayed for one night - the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great room. Massive highlight was breakfast. We had the warmest friendliest welcome from Robert, he was so helpful, friendly and kind. Freshly made pancakes, poached eggs and also lovely hot buffet food. Highly recommend. Thank you

The room was ok. USB chargers by the bed was nice. The real issue was the air con. Both mine and my colleagues room wood not blow cold enough to cool the room no matter what setting we used. Opening the window was not an option due to the noise of the road and Leicester in general... Car park discount could be better.

Great location, staff and room. Only downside was that they do not accept walk in reservations at the reception. Reservations must be booked online. You can book it whilst in the hotel lobby from your phone though.

No fridge and no microwave. Iron kept on shorting the power.
