Hotel was in a good location near the university and Interstate access. Unfortunately, I booked because the Hotels site listed their was a lounge on the property, but upon check in found that it has been closed for several years. The clerk was sympathetic and upgraded our room, which was nice, but that didn't provide the lounge we were looking for after a long day of driving.

Workers were very nice,,, the price is great too. Its not safe place though. I can smell drugs all over. I had to turn on the AC because of the smell of the urin of the carpet. And i didnt want to ask my room to be changed because it feels more safe. By the way breakfast is great too for the price.

The surrounding location is in a residential neighborhood which makes it feel more comfortable to walk outside, even at night.

Pls provide a area map of your hotel complex. I was just told ‘Go to Building B round there’ and that was it. Pls spend money on signage. There’s no signage in & out of parking area or from one bldg to the lobby. Pls enforce your no-smoking rules. There were folks smoking cigs & pot right outside our bldg (B), it stank the place up! Pls spend money (honor the ‘Plus’ in your property brand name) and equip your guest room with standard size pillows. My husband is a big guy and the tiny baby pillows were way too small for him! The breakfast was excellent.

I stayed on the fourth floor. My nephew stayed on the second floor and he said it was really horrible. He said it looked like you guys were holding up the homeless inside the hotel. Everybody had their door open kids walking around. It seemed like I stayed in a hotel for the homeless if that’s the case I would’ve stayed in Oakland at the Motel

Property is great but there were lots of homeless people roaming around the parking lot which is shared with Food for less store! The rooms are nice and clean and staff were friendly too.

Get to room, red light on on the door. Called desk took about 20min for maintenance to show and fix the lock on door. Laundry door got shut like 6times. Sounded like door was getting slammed. Then the elevator running when being used. Just wasn't like my other stays.

There was an event both weekends I stayed at your hotel. Parking was difficult, but after the event, I was able to repark my car closer to my room in building A. I would like to offer a suggestion: my room, 107, is ADA accessible. It would support individuals staying in ADA rooms if a designated parking spot were labeled with the room number outside the building. This way, when an event is happening, they would not be challenged with having to unpack their car, and the person with a mobility challenge would not have to be left at the building entrance with luggage while finding parking at another part of the hotel.
