Was ok

Noisy with roadworks outside. Very dated interior. Most staff moody as sin witht he exception for one guy thst others were also commending. Many people had issues with the rooms Miles away from central paris too. The only good thing is its right next to the huge westfield centre

The hotel was everything we needed it to be. The staff were lovely

We liked the cleanliness as when we came back to our hotel room the bed sheets were changed and clean and so was the room. However the tv remote didnt work and the heating wasnt working. Also at the food area downstairs it was only breakfast there wasnt lunch , dinner or a bar to have drinks.

Swinging door instead of shower curtain always meant a pond on the floor after every shower. Lots of construction around

Old and dated property, needs a major face-lift.

A short 2 night trip to soak up the Olympics and Paris, the hotel staff were friendly and room was clean. The rooms are dated but quiet and comfy so a good nights sleep had by all. Breakfast was varied and plentiful even during busy times. Good transport links to Paris nearby - buy the €16 ticket for all day public transport

We only stayed one night, and whilst the dining area was great and the breakfast was truely wonderful, I feel that the pool was not serviced correctly which is why the 4 instead of 5 stars.

Very polite staff.

I stayed here during the Olympics. The hotel also hosted some athletes so it was very secure and clean with an excellent breakfast.

A nice property to stay in. Staff is very helpful. Although the rooms are big but no or very low provision of tea/ coffee and basic cups and glasses.

Pool was great

The property was filthy, and rooms and toilets were dirty. Breakfast was not great. There is no reception even, it's unmanned most of the time. Olympic players were staying and even they were struggling to get staff to help. It was appalling experience. Trying to get to the swimming pool was a big struggle with no direction, no towels, no staff and floor was too slippery. Won't recommend this property

Dinner at the bar. Found a piece of wire whool in my omelette. Absolutely terrible. Had a new dish served but incident although acknowlede by offering a free soft drink was merely acknowledged. Staued in many Mercures and other hotels around the globe. Staff in Velizy look uncaring and unbothered As a matter of fact a manager was telling a staff off in recption divulging personal facts in public. Poor woman. Avoid the place. The holiday in rou d the corner is much better value for money and the staff is truly lovely. This is truly

The hotel condition is poor. Carpets are dirty, walls are stained, doors are scratched. Everything is very old.

I'm a frequent stayer at this hotel, do to its convenient proximity to my work (and the Velizy2 mall ...). There is a huge degradation in the maintenance level and the cleanliness of the hotel and room (stains on the floor). On the other hand, the breakfast is good (I'm missing the possibility to order sunny-side-up egg ...) and the staff is helpful and nice..

Breakfast was not worth it, swimming pool was very cold and reaching Paris via public transport from here was very confusing and quite expensive.
