Cozy, but modern and didn’t feel small.

Clean room, wonderful staff and a nice breakfast assortment.

Staff were nice and accommodating. I originally had a room facing the street and it was too noisy for me to sleep so I asked to be moved and they were able to do that the next night. It was a much quieter stay having a room away from the street.

A BIG thank you to the staff of the Greet Hotel for making it welcoming on our arrival and for ensuring a safe place to store our bicycle during our stay in Marseille. Much appreciated. Loved the eclectic decor, areas to hang out and how quiet the hotel was in such a busy neighborhood. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection of food to start your day. Great location for everything we needed (bike shop, post office) and short walk to all the action on the port.

Location was excellent for me since it was my first time in the city. It was easy to navigate to main attractions.

Gentleman who checked us in was ok and lady who helped with taxi in the m’ng when we checked out was ok. Tried to borrow a hairdryer after midnight thinking I could use it in the m’ng b4 checkout was impossible. Man was abrupt and wanted me to retrieve it only in the m’ng. Guess what! Same fella i had to ask from in the m’ng and he couldn’t even hand the hairdryer to me in my hand. Instead, he just positioned it on the reception counter and “HERE!! WHAT IS YOUR ROOM NUMBER??” was all I heard.. Merci.

Nice staff. Not so clean hotel

The staff at Greet Hotel is professional and courteous but the hotel needs better at cleanliness.

There were a lot of homeless sleeping on the sidewalks.

I loved my stay in Marseille. The Greet hotel was close to local anenities, clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely use this hotel again in the futire. Thank you for making my stay at the hotel so positive.

Small city room, barely space between the bed and the wall. Don't expect anything nice. There was a roach in my room, gross.

Very close to Gare St-Charles, and an easy walk to the Port, this hotel was perfect for just one night. It is a basic, bare bones place, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom is stocked with only a drinking glass, a towel, and liquid soap. But they provided a hair dryer when I asked for one. The Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the hotel was of meager variety, but convenient and adequate. As long as this is what you are expecting, then you will be plenty satisfied staying here.

The hotel was fine for one evening and the bed was clean and comfortable. We chose it as it was a short walk from the station. The decor was not to our taste and i would not stay again.

The Greet hotel was good for the purpose of a cheaper hotel option in the location we wanted. The air conditioning didn’t really work so the room was quite warm. For the most part it was clean and had everything we needed. Worth it for the price!

Hotel staff are friendly. Boutique atmosphere in the lobby. Rooms are bare bones. Air Conditioning didn’t work…in the middle of august….while France hosts the Olympics. It was about 32 Celsius (90 Fahrenheit) in the room. They gave us a swamp cooler that did nothing. Just laid there soaked the entire night. Breakfast isn’t free, and I could fit more food in my carry on than they offer to eat. Horrible choice.

Hotel was very cute looking and it is fairly clean and spacious. However, it was lacking a lot of basic necessity such as hot water (it was out of hot water by 9pm for shower), the AC was not functioning, there were no hair dryer in the room. Being so hot, we wanted to have some ice but there are no ice machine. We had to ask the bar/reception and they couldn’t even give us a bucket of ice but just a small glass. The windows are not well sound proofed so it was very loud at night. It also didn’t help that it was located at the intersection of a busy street.

Not too spacious.

The shower was barely wider than my shoulders. The soap was congealed. Staff was very sweet and location is convenient. I just feel slightly misled by the photos as the quality was not quite what was indicated.
