Breakfast buffet was amazing.

The breakfast buffet was amazing- lots of variety and a little different each day.

I loved the location of this hotel for my visit to Prague. It was right next to a tram stop. I was able to be in the city center in about 15 minutes. I could also walk in about an hour at a leisurely pace. It was close to many restaurants, bakeries, gelato, etc. the staff was attentive and kind. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Not too many choices for dining in the area.

Great place to stay and Great to get about the staff were so helpful the 22 tram was great to get in to the city centre and back to the airport

Quiet hotel, very close to Prague Castle and the streets around it. Well connected to Lesser Town, Old Town and New Town with Tram 22, stopping right in front of the hotel! Very helpful and friendly staff.

Excellent stay very friendly staff, lovely a clean

The area of the hotel was very convenient. The toilet sink however was not cleaned properly as there was few hair on it. I ate at night and intentionally left few crumbs on my bed table, went out the next day, my room was cleaned but the crumbs were still there and the sink was still not cleaned properly. I booked a double bed, single occupancy but I’m not sure why they put two single duvets in the bed instead of double sized duvet.

Given that the hotel is supposed to be part of the leading hotel of the world, it's very poor standards. Room was left open. King size bed with two single bedspreads. Bar was ridiculously expensive with poor service. Absolutely no evening dinning and no Very poor and not value for money.

Beautiful building Big rooms Staff are friendly and helpful Tram stop opposite hotel….very convenient!!! Close to Prague Castle…. Excellent all round place.

Our junior suite was splendid

To be honest we were not notified of any building work in some rooms , unfortunately for us next room had a refurbishment in progress which did effect our holiday I am sure I am not alone on this issue . Would have been nice to have known while we made the booking as we would not have stayed .

Lovely hotel, newly refurbished room felt very cosy and clean. Great area to explore a quieter, pretty part of the city.
