Very nice hotel in an excellent location, with small bar and restaurant. Very quiet considering the location and the black out shades were great.

Very cute place to stay suite was spacious and love the decorations. Really enjoyed the stay and very close area to a lot of stuff to do around time square

The hotel was very clean and the concierge was very nice, and he very personable. We valet parked to avoid having to find a parking garage. The location was very conveniently located, it was a 1 min walk to Time Square.

Great all aspects

The Muse Hotel is fantastic; very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable room. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the theater district with train stations nearby for easy access to go anywhere in NYC. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location

Very bad service, bad hotel

This property is so fun and trendy and given its proximity to Times Square, the rooms are a great size. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The room decor is fun and modern. The elevators are a little old feeling and cramped. And the bathroom is zero frills - no shower caps or little toiletries. Location is king here though - half a block from Times Square or 6th Ave depending on which way you walk. All trains are in easy reach!

This room was huge! Beds were comfy and the shower was spacious. Would stay again!

The staff at the hotel are phenomenal. With the abundance of places to stay in Manhattan, we would stay at the Muse again because the staff were so fantastic. The rooms are clean and decently sized for the area we stayed in. We would definitely stay again!

For Times Square, this was a very large room. Plenty of room to walk around, which isn’t typical. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was excellent (and got very hot). Room and bathroom were very clean.

The Muse is a comfortable, friendly, lovely hotel. I had a great stay.
