Yes Need to solve the noise issue with the toilet

My room needed vaccuming, there was chip crumbs on the carpet.

This was a getaway for my fussy and elderly mother. The room was exactly as the images portrayed. The staff were considerate and kind- even leaving a special Christmas treat!

The room was clean but in need of refurbishment. Didn't have much interaction with staff, though when I did they were polite, but not engaging.

Very lovely place to stay, clean tidy and well situated for our needs. Would stay there again. One rubbish bin had no lining, no glasses for water nor a complimentary biscuit. Still a lovely place to stay.

Great location and restaurant

The staff at the reception is nice and cordial. The property is old but spacious. Our room is without view but close to the kitchen. There is a wonderful cafe house neighboring the hotel and in the morning it is full of customers and you can get a sense of community. Riverside boardwalk under the hotel building is an additional advantage to this property.

Beautiful place to stay, central to town. Great room with plenty of space and so confortable.

Excellent location, rooms clean and tidy, food was excellent until a frozen microwave banna split spoilt the whole experience,

Typical country city hotel/motel. Very adequate. Nothing special, nothing bad.

Sliding door didn’t work properly. Coffee mugs too small bed was way too soft It was comfortable but overpriced Was in a great position though.

A convenient location and good to have free basement parking. Spacious and clean room.

Typical modern motel in pretty much every way, especially the price. I got my room on special and even that was premium

Hotel is on the river. Rooms probably in need of a refurb but are spacious & clean. We ate at the RSL which was a short walk away & meals were very good. Also a pub & cafe nearby. Hotel restaurant was closed during our stay. Would definitely stay again

Short but sweet stay , clean , just had a basic room , so filling the kettle in the bathroom ect, good view and location tho
