No customer service when it came to requesting a night change due to a flight delay. I frequently use the Marriott chain and this certainly isn't the service I pay a little bit more for.

Everything was clean and the breakd fast was good. We had a good stay!

Really missed the happy hour that only Residence does.

The best property and staff

We stayed here for a week due to my work. The hotel is close to Park meadows mall and I 25. So while I went to work, my daughter and mom went shopping and loved the mall. They have a gym and breakfast that were good. The only thing I could complain about was that my room smelled a bit like dog. The maid Maria was super nice and sprayed my room when I requested and brought us whatever towels we needed. Overall, it is fine.

We were in a suit with full kitchen and pull out sofa bed. Comfortable bed and great daily breakfast. All employees are very friendly.

Quiet location, walking distance to light rail and mall. Plenty of parking at the hotel and the king bed room was nice.
