Great staff , nice rooms . Good value .

No we didn’t use the room bar or shop in any near by stores. The hotel is located very close to the Colossus Mall which provides great dining and shopping.

House keeping picked dirty towels up off the floor and put them back on the counter for us to use as if they were clean. I know they did this be abuse one of them was dirty to start with and then I saw it back up on the counter the next day. So I do not recommend. Dirty habits. Nice room though with the small kitchen and fridge for food. Nothin g to do at the hotel or around the hotel. No amenities at all.

Not the best place we've stayed, not the worst. I wouldn't stay again as the walls/doors/floors were paper thing. Could hear people in the hall and overhead walking around. Clean though, and the staff was very friendly! Good for the price we paid. Boston pizza inside was nice to have nearby as well.

Staff:) front reception - Kriza- was the perfect hire for representation of 4 points brand- went above and beyond to accommodate us Mohamed - very respectful and helpful Boston pizza & hotel breakfast servers were professional with exceptional service. We encountered a few issues and you could definitely see that all staff mentioned above were aware and communicated to each other. Clean hotel, too.

Room was very clean, bed comfortable, check-in great, and gym was on better side of hotel gyms.

Everything was awful. Do not stay here!

Small rooms. Cheap renovations in bathroom, esp shower. Next to no room in the bathroom or main room. Hairs left in bathroom shower floor. Flat pillows. Not a great stay. For the money, I would have spent another 20-40$ at the Novotel down the road.

Had problems with connecting to the media server for tv but the staff was attentive in what I was saying and fixed the problem fairly quickly. All staff I encountered were pleasant and respectful.

Fantastic experience. Great staff. Very nice rooms. First hotel room I've ever stayed in that actually has good blinds. Closest thing you'll get to blackout curtains. I wish everyone hotel would copy their model. Highly recommend.
