a gem of a hotel in a great location, centrally locate, not too far from many of the main attractions. The super friendly staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. would go back there any time

The facility is good but there was not enough explanation and amenity inside the room. Except that, breakfast was good, staff were friendly, room was clean.

Great place to stay. Great food choices and convenient to get about.

Great hotel at a convienient location. The dining options on site were good 0 a nice variety. Only downside was the water pressure in the rooms.

Although there were some facilities like Gym & Spa not available on site due to the improvement works being carried out, everything else was superb there. Staff members at Reception, Valet parking and in their restaurants were simply amazing and went above and beyond their usual service level. Collectively they all made sure our stay was comfortable and attended to all our requests and needs. Hannegil, Fatima, Sudip, Abbas & Aasif were all great and been extremely friendly with our family ! Would love to visit again in future...

The bathroom was old and in need of maintenance.

The overall ambience of the hotel is good, I like the breakfast atmosphere as it is spacious and next to the pool. The staffs are courteous and always smiling.

Pool and gym were under renovation but all other services were great! Our room had an ocean view which was lovely to wake up to!

The entire staff is amazing

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and lounge. Really good breakfast with multiple choices, friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. Great Irish pub onsite with live music

A stunning hotel, great service and superior steak in the revolving restaurant.

This stay started rocky but the receptionist made it up to us quickly. We arrived at 3:00 pm and the hotel was fully booked and struggling to get prior guests to check-out on time and therefore have rooms cleaned and ready. However, the young lady at the front desk was patient and calm, and we had a gorgeous room within 30 minutes. The room was spacious and luxurious and we enjoyed our stay. The outdoor can get full quickly, as it is not very large. There were many families in the pool so we didn't stay too long. The Irish pub has great food and beverages, and you have to go to the restaurant at the top for a cocktail, just to take in the view
