Beautiful surroundings, courteous & friendly staff.

Great hotel but in a not so private location. Beach is somewhat underwhelming with the boats and views of high risers.

The hotel is so beautiful. Outstanding breakfast and the most wonderful staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay go smoothly. We arrived ridiculously early in the morning yet our room was ready and we were able to check in.

Incredible experience

We had a mix up with the room on arrival, we were given a twin room instead of a king bed. It was easily fixed.

The only mirage at this hotel is that it pretends to be a 5 star luxury hotel. In reality its an overpriced outdated accommodation. In our room the ceiling light was hanging sideways and filled with dead bugs. The furniture had extensive damage. The staff is completely incompetent saying that they would fix the room but never did after three days of asking repeatedly. Their communication via text message was extremely frustrating with multiple reservation errors. Lastly the restaurant are unsanitary with multiple utensils with encrusted food. The food is mediocre and expensive. Only at the of our stay after many complaints was part of our bill adjusted. Avoid this place at all costs!

Wonderful experience & stay at O&O Royal mirage. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We got an upgrade because of the noise from the construction which was such a pleasant surprise. The facilities and grounds are beyond beautiful. Wish our trip didn’t end! Thank you to our host John for helping us with reservations and the staff at Rotisserie and Olives for accommodating my son’s food allergies and the ladies at the kids club who took care of our kids so much that they didn’t want to leave. We had an amazing family vacation! Only remark was the service at Drift beach club was lacking compared to the rest of the resort but I’m mindful that it is a separate group.

A True Arabian Paradise – The One&Only Royal Mirage Is Perfection From the moment we arrived at the One&Only Royal Mirage, we were transported into what felt like a stunning Arabian themed paradise. The resort is breathtaking, every archway, mosaic, lantern and courtyard is designed with the most intricate detail. Even the soft Arabic music playing in the lobby set the tone and made us feel instantly relaxed. It’s these small touches that truly elevate the experience. What stood out most compared to other 5-star hotels we’ve stayed at in Dubai was the calmness. Despite being a luxury resort, it never felt crowded or overwhelming, just peaceful, elegant and beautifully serene. It’s rare to find that balance in Dubai. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A huge thank you to Sanoop/John at the front desk for the warm hospitality and constant support throughout our stay! At The Olives restaurant, Christina and Pawan made our mornings unforgettable, their kindness and attention to detail turned breakfast into a daily highlight. We also dined at Eauzone, Celebrities, and Trèsind — all of which we would highly recommend for incredible food and atmosphere. The way the resort catered to our daughter made the stay even more special. She absolutely loved the outdoor play area, swimming pools, kids’ club and children’s food options especially the pancakes, porridge, seabass and French fries! The staff were so warm and attentive with her, making her feel just as valued!

Great spa, wonderful room, service varied one day great and then a big disappointment the other day.

Resort and property were perfect. Them asking me to cancel on the app and book again with them on site, then later realizing I was paying for the room twice for the same night was disappointing to say the least. As impressive as it was, I’d never stay there again because of that, I don’t like being scammed.
