We stayed happily at the Villa Pantheon 29 years ago and they have not upgraded or improved a thing since! This tired hotel needs a lot of work. Old slow with no security access elevators, ripped wallpaper, scuffed walls, mold in showers, dust + grime throughout. We booked a deluxe room, the highest rated and the room was a small sitting room and bathroom with a sleeping loft up a ships ladder! They reluctantly then offered a smaller room which was just grubby and worn. It was late by then and we decided to tough it out. DONT STAY HERE.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. While the breakfast does not provide lots of variety, the food were fresh and the place was clean.

Rooms need a little refurbishing- getting tired looking.

Terrible 4 nights at this hotel. First they gave us a room for 2 instead of 3 people (2 adult and 7yo child). They declined any responsibility saying it was Expedia's fault. They did not try to help with this issue in any way. On the contrary, they tried to sell us another room. That was only the beginning..... The hotel room was humid, pillows had a bad smell. Bathroom curtain was beyond dirty. One night was super noisy, drunk people were yelling and singing in the street nearby until 2am. They also managed to loose my son's stuffy in the bed during housekeeping. This is too bad the hotel looks good, location is great with some very good restaurants nearby.

The staff was extremely helpful! We accidentally left our coats in the closet. They mailed them to our location for the next leg of our trip. We were so thankful!

I had minor issues throughout my stay at VP. This is not a bad hotel but it isn’t as impressive as I had hoped. I would describe it as a very good 3 star hotel. First, the mattress was too firm and left my hips sore each morning. My converter wouldn’t work in two of the outlets. There’s a coffee machine in the room which is great, but the off brand nespresso pods are really weak and disappointing. My key card demagnetized twice and breakfast is okay but I wouldn’t do it more than once.

We had a nice enough stay. The hotel is a bit dated and the older windows let a lot of outside noise in but the location couldn’t be better.

Perfect location near the Pantheon and Sorbonne. The hotel is a little run down but the staff is very helpful and our room was large by Paris standards.

The staff told us the room would be quiet, we were woken up every morning at 8am by tiles being cut next door. The soaps in the bathroom were all watered down. When a staff member when to open a bottle of wine for us, a swarm of fruit flies flew up from where the wine opener was being held

Toney lobby, comfortable room, staff was friendly and pleasant and helped us with getting airport taxi.

I had a wonderful stay. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. I had the pleasure of practicing my French with a the lovely gentlemen at the front desk, (Amelien and Vincent). Both very encouraging.

Mini bar had minimal options. Water not provided daily. Bar was only open 6-10pm Furniture and furnishings were all in aged and in worn condition in rooms and in the lobby. Staff was friendly. The location was good!
