The floor in the room was horrible, I’m not sure if they really clean the room. Floor was dirty, can see dust and stains on table and sofa. Didn’t even clean the toilet.

Overall a good hotel. Large rooms but it’s noisy so very much family focus. Not recommended for couples who want a retreat. Not much variety for breakfast. Rooms are large but the sofa beds are painful!

It was a family friendly hotel. They had a pirate theme throughout the hotel and the kids loved that.

Very spacious lobby and nice garden area in addition to a kid-friendly outdoor pool. Great breakfast buffet. Very friendly and attentive staff.

I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet at this hotel—it’s super convenient, especially when traveling with kids. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the location—it’s a bit far from most attractions, so we had to rely on taxis to get around. While buses are available, they’re not the easiest option with little ones. If you don’t mind taking a taxi, I’d still recommend staying here. Be sure to take advantage of the breakfast buffet and the pool—it makes the stay feel much more relaxing!

This is a place of exceptional value. The room was confortabĺe and clean. The breakfast is simply fantastic, with an incredible variety amd abundance of food. Great coffee as well! The restaurant Santa Maria was also of great quality with nice personnel.

The room and amenities were very clean. Was not the biggest fan of the noise from the theme park next door on days I wanted to stay in late. Breakfast buffet was worth it, but the other restaurants in the property were just okay (there are better options outside of the hotel).

Its noisy and staff is not helpful. I complained multiple times about housekeeping that they do not do anything. Even after 3 times … they did nothing.

I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel received a 5-star rating. The first room we were given was shockingly dirty — there was leftover food on the tables, crumbs on the bed and sofa, and childlike drawings on the main table. It felt more like a preschool classroom than a hotel room. After showing staff the photos, they offered to clean the room rather than immediately providing a new one — something even a 3-star hotel would typically do without hesitation. Only after insisting did they finally switch our room. Things didn’t improve much. The iron we requested was broken and leaking water — a serious safety hazard. On top of that, the safe in our room didn’t work, meaning we had to carry our passports with us at all times. The decent feature was the breakfast. Aside from that, this stay was far from what you’d expect from a so-called 5-star hotel. If you’re looking for value for your money or a truly premium experience, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Property is ok but a bit out of the way so there’s no walkable restaurants or shops nearby. Also part of the property looks like it’s still being fixed or renovated so not exactly at 5 star quality

Nice enough hotel but service not great. Woke up with the cleaners knocking at 9am in the morning . Also, they didn’t clean cups.

Booked hotel through Expedia and paid in full. Was double charged at hotel. Despite hotel manager’s assurances still haven’t received refund for double charge.

It's very big, no real complaints, I would suggest not to expect too much on a Saturday and Sunday and during off season. Most of the staff were fantastic.
