Nice place, cool atmosphere. The private beach dinner is very romantic, the pool is very clean and aesthetic. The buggy service around the resort is great as well. Things can be a little pricey within the resort and for that price there are more impressive food options outside the resort but overall its fine. Enjoyed the activities that were there in the resort as well such as the animal petting, snorkeling (not inc).

Very helpful staff, her name is Maria at the front desk, and one of them is Khun Gift, sales and marketing. We were talking a long time about our wedding there on 23 March 2024. Gift is very helpful because sometimes my husband is very confused all the time. But we were disappointed because the Wi-Fi kept turning on and off all the time. Luckily, I used 5G and had to link to my husband. We stayed in room 312 one night and 202 one night, but the hotel room had quite a lot of mosquitoes. Almost, we will recommend our friends to stay there.

The most interesting point about this resort is that there is a beautiful railway going up to the room on the hill. Private beach too

I think this resort is closer to a 5 star resort than a four star. We had a very lovely stay, and I look forward to returning again soon.

Room service has some of problem they allow spaghetti but no penne in pasta and somemof guy don't have good attitude. But receptionist joy is so good nature helping nature.

The hotel is clean, beautiful view, has a private beach, breakfast has a variety of choices, delicious, but when entering the room is a bit difficult. You have to take a tram or wait for a staff member to drive you up to pick you up.

I booked on app with different type rooms (1 cottage beach vs 2 tropical view) includes 3 bookings. When I got our rooms only (3 tropical view rooms). I talk to resort and third party nobody solve to help me. I paid 1 cottage beach room with the double price than other 2 tropical rooms. I was unhappy when I traveled in. The accommodation is quite old. Not like in the picture Very little light at night Can't find the entrance Employees do not directly elaborate on mistakes made by customers. But the atmosphere is quiet.

Biggest king bed in life. Sleep comfortably. All staff take it. 10/10 not broken. No matter how many times you come, you don't get bored. Beautiful in every corner.
