Great location - beautiful room - kind staff!

Great. I like softer pillows. Tony, the breakfast manager was a terrific and amiable host. But all the staff were great.

Excellent breakfast every day. All staff especially front desk and food staff were amazing. The food is unbelievably good. The room was amazing. The perfect experience we really enjoyed ourselves.

Our stay at Eden Roc hotel was amazing!!! Like a dream come true!! The staff at the hotel were so friendly and welcoming!! They were always there to help us!! We would like to thank everyone for the hospitality and support! We loved it! OMG!! I wish I could stay longer!! The breakfast was a paradise!!! ♥️

This is a really nice property with a few highs and lows. The rooms are well done, there are great dining options, the view is spectacular, and it is conveniently located to the pedestrian walkway and shops and restaurants; the lows are the pool, which is small and can only accommodate about 8 people; the hotel is also located right on one of the main streets through the town so sitting on your terrace is not a quiet experience, and the prices are kind of outrageous, cocktails in Eden Bar are 40e and the lobster special at the rooftop restaurant ran over 350e which is really crazy. Staff is very friendly, especially Toni who is the breakfast manager. He is very nice and accommodative but can be a bit much before you get a cup of coffee in you:) Overall it was a very good experience but might consider other options if I am looking for rest and relaxation.

I did a lot of research to find the perfect hotel for our honeymoon and Eden Roc is THE view of positano! Eden Roc is a beautiful property about 12min walk up/down to the beach. We stayed in a room with the balcony jacuzzi and it was worth the splurge to sit outside and take in the view. The staff at Eden Roc are top notch, Pascal at the front desk became our new friend and Tony at breakfast was always fun. The steak at Roc restaurant was unbelievable. Top notch experience.

Will be writing a separate more in depth review because this was the ABSOLUTE BEST HOTEL we have ever stayed at. Excellent service and a phenomenal stay!!!

The on-site dining was a highlight, with each meal crafted to perfection using fresh, local ingredients. The team’s warmth and professionalism made me feel truly valued as a guest. I can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise—Eden Roc is a gem that exceeds every expectation!

The best hotel and experience ever, and we stay in the best places and have very high standards. Valerio and Vincenzo are incredible hosts at the front desk and are so friendly and accommodating. Best way to get around is by Vespa. Rent one! Was the highlight of our trip, driving along the amalfi coast! Such a blast! LOVE POSITANO!!!!

Everything was of a very high quality, but it is the staff that make Hotel Eden Roc special. Special shout out to Tony and to his staff and the bar staff on the terrace. Now one of our favourite places in the world!

The most beautiful hotel on top of the most beautiful city we have ever seen! Locals are extremely friendly the staff at the hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Price is expensive but worth every penny. We will be back!!!
