Booked a king room, not available when I got there 30 minutes later. Hotel employee blamed Expedia. Expedia said they'd resolve the issue overnight, but in the morning said since I accepted a queen bed (rather than sleep in my car), there was nothing they could do. Front desk clerk didn't bother to talk to me or ask how my stay was, just said leave the key and we'll email you a receipt. Didn't get anything. First and last experience with both Expedia and Springhill Suites. Never again.
