Checked in on Saturday May 24th. Went to the room, found a used soap with pubic hairs in the shower. Found 2 used make up applicators on the carpet between the beds and on the carpet near the sofa. There was a used spoon behind the alarm clock on the night stand between the beds. I placed all these items on a kleenex and took it to the front desk. I placed them on the front desk counter and showed and explained it to her. No apology, no room move offer, she wrote the info on a clip board and said she would let the housekeeping supervisor know. I asked her to get the manager to call me. No one even attempted to clean our room or recitify the faults during our two day stay. I have not feceived a call from anyone from the property. This is a total dissapointment on Hyatt and a poor reflection on Expedia. I would like someone to contact me.

Nice hotel, big room but needs a little updating, wall paper coming off the walls in several places. Breakfast only until 9am, should be longer. But other than cosmetic updates, it was a nice stay.

Staff is very friendly.. the location was great for what we needed (near horse show grounds). The rooms are very clean…

It's a good location. Near the subway station. It's a good clean safe hotel. There are not a lot of food options near the hotel.

Our stay was great. This has become our go to place while visiting our family.

No frills room and hotel. Not the most walkable location (only fast food joints are nearby). The gym was narrow and outdated and the Peloton couldn’t connect to the network, but at least there were free weights. Breakfast was not bad - eggs and potatoes were chilled still though. Would I stay again? No. But it wasn’t the worst at least!

The smell when u arrive is unsettling. Old fried oil smell. Stale. Bathrooms small. Sink outside of bathroom. Receptionist was not very bright or helpful.

It was a decent stay. Clean, great customer service, but the pool was dirty and the hot water that was serviced tasted like coffee. Otherwise, in general I would stay there again.

Friendliness

Stayed for the second time from traveling from Pa. We stay here when we have basketball tournaments. Mothers day weekend they gave me a rose and a cupcake upon checkout So sweet. Great staff!

It was okay,only overnight. The only bothering thing was the $100.00 fee at check-in. Although it was refunded a few days later, I was confused because I had two different emails and two different prices. I’m too old to have had a party in my room!!!
