Clean room. Excellent staff the restaurant staff was very accommodating as well

Great location. Close to main bus terminal and city shopping district.

There was a strong sulphur smell in cold water, it was very hard to use it as drinking water which we did everywhere else. The room condition is decent but definitely old, needs upgrade.

Very nice and accommodating staff. If room is available they allow you to check in as early as 12 noon but even earlier for a fee.

Fosshotel Raudara provided my group with an excellent stay! The front desk staff were very approachable and accommodating. We loved that the hotel was located just a few blocks from bus stop 13, the perfect spot for our tour pickups. Also walkable to main city attractions! We'd like to give special thanks to Daniel, who went above and beyond to assist us in booking a Northern Lights tour after two cancellations from our original booking. He contacted the original tour company and found us an even better tour. Thanks to him, we were able to cross off a bucket-list moment at the last minute!

A very convenient hotel if you have a car. If you go deeper into town it's hard to find parking. This hotel has a garage (extra cost). Also it's a great place to start your Dat trips, you're on the highway in a couple of minutes. The building feels a bit old. The breakfast was great, lots of options.

The exterior of the building belies its interior. The room we had was newly renovated and very clean. Breakfast was included and abundant. The lobby is small but clean. Close to the main attractions and easy to get to the bus stops for guided tours.

It was my second time here and definitely glad we stayed here. It’s outside the main shopping area so it’s quiet but also close enough to walk to anywhere easily. And it saved some money. Great breakfast too!

Property was clean and staff very personable. Location a bit from downtown area. Street parking was pretty much non-existent during our stay, but free parking is available a couple of blocks away at a museum. Breakfast had a large variety of items to choose from, more of a European type than American.

Just stayed for the one night between our your and departure, but the property was perfect for our needs. The room was plenty large for a group of 3. Parts of the hotel look a bit dated, but it was clean. Price was reasonable.

Very nice place to stay. The only negative was that we had to make do with a two twin beds as a couple. Not atypical for Europe but not optimal.

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Reykjavík and all the shops and restaurants. Easy to find free, on-street parking beside the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was excellent continental breakfast with all the usual things on offer. Well stocked Bonus supermarket about 7 mins away and is a real help for quality produce and snacks if you are visiting on a budget as eating out is very expensive. So much to do in Reykjavík. We only stayed 2 nights but could easily have stayed for a few more days. I would definitely book here again on my next visit.

The female staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. But the one male working every other day was full of sarcasm, unhelpful and rude every time we asked him something he had some sort of an excuse to deny it.

Was out second time staying here. Breakfast is really good, even though we had to pay this time for it. Not sure how we got it included the first time! Comfy room.
