The room was as in the pictures, the food was great and also de Gym was excellent

The location was great with good Uber connections to Old Town and other sites. Also, the buffet breakfast that was included was very good.

The pool area, tennis and paddle court were the most enjoyable parts of the hotel. The breakfast does not offer ample variety and the servers are sometimes distracted to what the customers need. The staff at the counter is okay but not as helpful as they should be. They do not want to offer solutions when asked difficult questions and the manager is nowhere to found.

The hotel is in need of maintenance; the carpets in the hallways are dirty, and there is a strong smell of dampness. The rooms do not have hair dryers, and if you require one, you must request it at the front desk.

Booked bred fast included on expidea and it wasn’t included and the hotel staff was rude about it
