The pool area, tennis and paddle court were the most enjoyable parts of the hotel. The breakfast does not offer ample variety and the servers are sometimes distracted to what the customers need. The staff at the counter is okay but not as helpful as they should be. They do not want to offer solutions when asked difficult questions and the manager is nowhere to found.

The hotel is in need of maintenance; the carpets in the hallways are dirty, and there is a strong smell of dampness. The rooms do not have hair dryers, and if you require one, you must request it at the front desk.

Booked bred fast included on expidea and it wasn’t included and the hotel staff was rude about it

There was a strong paint smell at the hotel like something had just been painted. It affected my sinuses and at times I wake up and it’s horrible. However, breakfast was good and I made use of the tennis court

Sheraton Grand Panama is right across from Atlapa Conference Center where we had a large group meeting. Overall the service was excellent, and food options including from the in-house store were great! The only concern was that the mattress was not comfortable. It was not what one would expect from a Sheraton Grand. Just not comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Panama is a beautiful place. Drivers are a little aggressive, even in front of the hotel. Pedestrians have to be very careful, even when crossing over to the conference center! In the other direction there are some quiet neighborhoods where one can get in some walking. But again, watch out for aggressive drivers who are not conscious of pedestrians.

Clean room, staff cleans everything including pool bar seats. Plants are maintained daily. It's a little dated though can really use some upgrades/investment to push it over the 5 star top

Excellent breakfast. Poor guest service. I asked 4 times for a toilet paper!! I had to go to ask for ir directly to the front desk at the lobby.

The staff greeted us with a warm smile every day. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.
