Parking Available should also add it is not FREE, the advertisement a little misleading. Juliana in the restaurant is the star of the staff, wow what a bright, bubbly welcoming lady, she was adored by all. No one else was like her albeit they were not bad they just weren't as inviting as Juliana. I didn't like my room, it was at the back overlooking a rubbish heap but next time I will know to ask for a front room, if there ever is a next time. Geraldine

Was struck by the elegance of this hotel. Staff was professional in uniform and service. We checked out early to catch a train tour at Heuston Station. We were sorry we couldn't stay for breakfast. Would definitely stay again on a return visit to Dublin.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was spectacular- one of the best I’ve ever seen. The location was very convenient to the Dublin Heuston train station. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. There were nice security features in place such as requiring your key card to open the door to your hallway after getting off the elevator. The was a hydration station outside the elevator on our floor (and I assume on other floors as well) that offered chilled flat and bubbly water on tap - something I had never seen. An added perk was an ice cream cart in the lobby where guests could help themselves to pre-packed small servings of ice cream at no charge. We didn’t use it but there was a restaurant on site which was a nice feature. There were complimentary packs of cookies in the room as well as coffee and tea. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay the again without hesitation.

Hotel was just ok. Very smaller than we expected. Wasn't happy that they held our bags because we got in so early and when we went to claim them, we couldn't find our one suitcase. After much searching, we were able to find it, but it was definitely some tense moment after being up from an overnight flight and being exhausted and feeling as if one of our bags may have been gone. Front desk staff was helpful when we asked for directions. Room service was great. Supposed to stay on the back end of the trip and decided to move to a different hotel after our initial stay.

The hotel was smelling of fish the moment you got in. I did not like that there were two faucets in the bathroom, one for hot water, one for cold water. There is no fridge or hair dryer in the room.

Jorge was amazing. The gentleman who checked us in accidentally charged us for 2 days instead of 1 and Jorge fixed it immediately. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast buffet is amazing, and my son says the property deserves 10 out of 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel, easy walking distance from Guiness tour and Jameson distillery tour, both of which we had booked prior to travelling. Room was great with a massive bed and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is absolutely amazing! The food (highly recommend adding on the breakfast to your stay) was sooo good and off the bat they ask if you want coffee or tea and bring you your own kettle of whichever. My only knock is the flooring is dated and our toilet didn’t fully flush. But this was not enough of a deterrent. We would still stay here again! It’s also not in the heart of Dublin which I appreciated because though the center is a 40 minute walk, it’s super easy to get around on foot all the while you can escape from the hustle downtown.
