Very recommended place to stay, receptionist very friendly, helpful. Room is spacious with big bed, complete kitchenette, and clean. Location itself very perfect! close to everywhere, Kensington palace, underground station, restaurants. we had a great stay, lovely!

The room is not that clean, but it's okay, the bathroom is very small.
