Great service and great breakfast

Great staff a check in! My room was hot and it was October! Couldn't open the windows because of a rock concert Across The river. I'm a professional parking in Europe and the parking garage was scary but on the positive side it was right below the university which is why you go to the location.

The staff are welcoming and helpful. The double room, whilst a little small had good AC, a comfortable bed and a good shower. Breakfast was very good and great value. Recommended.

Great location within walking distance to everything you would want to see in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the wider entrance to the underground parking garage. Rooms were excellent.

The hotel was your basic 2 star hotel. The double twin bed room was small and the beds were barely separated. Large construction project was going on in front of the hotel which made accessing the hotel difficult. Hotel location was great in terms of getting to the city sites. Breakfast was good as well.

Parking ramp is very tight, be aware

The staff were excellent in this hotel The breakfast buffet was good What brought the ratings down so low? What's the air conditioning system or lack of It's turned off until a certain time of the year Which means our room was hot all the time. The temperature of our room at night around ten o'clock would be twenty five twenty six celsius. I measured it This means we had to leave our window open with all the outside noise and car pollution, and our room door opened. So the air would circulate until the room cooled down enough to go to sleep, which is usually around twelve one o'clock in the morning If you're going to stay in this hotel and the weather's going to change from hot to cold hot to cold, I would not recommend staying there

My stay was fine. Absolutely what you’d expect from an Ibis. Reliable. Convenient. A room with no bells and whistles. A bit old and tired but perfect as a place to sleep and explore the city.

The bathroom is quite awkward as the shower room is in the bedroom. The whole room gets wet as no shower curtin provided. Also, the bathroom door gets stuck and not able to close it. This is likely due to the poor set up with no curtins. The toilet room is in the living room which is tiny and no privacy as the doors in the toilet and shower room are very cheap and hollow so noises travel thru them

Pros: Convenient location, good breakfast and staff Cons: some amenities don’t work - showerhead, temperature control. Dirty carpets, paper thin towels. Parking in the underground garage is a nightmare. Reception staff can be bit more cordial

Great service and super convenient. Will definitely stay there again.
