The power went out and when i woke up and went to the front desk the lady was so rude. I was trying to ask if there was an eta for the power as i was getting ready for a wedding she was so rude. Breakfast sucked.

Had to do last minute stay overnight Memorial Day weekend. Easy to book. Location great and close to pier. Checked in very late. Slept well. Nice end to a holiday weekend. Made it home Tuesday. Ventura 3 hours from my home.

This location was probably one of the worst places to stay at. The staff was nice but the room was very uncomfortable. The bed was super tall and very, very soft that you sunk into it. There was a train that would go by. The walls were thin and you can hear the neighbors talking and doing stuff. I don't think I would stay at this location again.

Staff was excellent, bathroom issues, sink was not draining water, Bathroom door couldn't stay at one place. No courtesy water in the room. Too expensive for the quality of the room.

The staff were all friendly, the facility was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was better than we expected. I didn’t have a pet, but it’s pet friendly and clean. The pool could use some cleaning but overall the hotel was well-kept and lovely.

This was a good property with good breakfast options. We were on a long road trip and this hotel was a lot more expensive than other similar hotels where we stayed.

Everything was perfect, our favorite was the breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is in sweet spot of town where everything is within walking distance.

Nice, clean overnight stay while on a family road trip. Breakfast was included and there was something for everyone. The only bummer was the hotel was stingy with their ice. All the other hotels we stayed at on our 8 day road trip made plenty of ice machines available for guests - making it easy for us to keep our family’s food cold in the ice chest. Best Western was specific in only allowing to use their small bucket for ice and having to walk all the way to the lobby area to get it. Just an odd quirk that ended up standing out after comparing them to the other stays on our trip. Overall, we had a good sleep and moved on to our next destination.

Great stay! The hotel was exactly what I needed. Clean, comfortable, great location at a very good price.

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT. IT HAS A VERY NICE SWIMMING POOL AND A DELICIOUS FREE BREAKFAST. WOULD RECOMMEND.

Property and facilities were great. Area around is high density Ventura. Fine for us as we were passing through. Would recommend as an inexpensive and reliable stop for any road trippers. Breakfast was solid, staff was friendly.
