The room was very neat and comfortable. We were well attended to at the reception.

The room was clean,staff were friendly. The price was right for a dated hotel.parts are under construction. Bed was very comfortable. TV was not complicated to change channels.

The smell of cigarettes in the rooms. Bathrooms with a toilet and shower then across with the sink and a mirror. Very odd. Mainly just the smell of the room was disgusting. We had to air it out for hours before it could even smell half normal. Very disappointing stay.

Overall the hotel was good, clean and with good location besides that a lady prepares some very good waffles for breakfast

Even though the facility is being renovated, everything is orderly and clean. The room I was assigned had been renovated and it was superb. The staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend this location.

First stay the room sucked, second stay was across the road in the second building and it was great!

There was no heat or hot water in our room on the second day of our stay. The temperature went down to 12.5 C overnight. There had been a burst pipe. There was also no breakfast offered on the second day. I understand that things can happen but there was no compensation or alternate room offered. We won’t be staying there again.

The staff was very courteous. The paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom. There was a bit of noise in the hall after 11 pm.

Poor customer service I had just booked a room there last week and everything went well with the reservations, but for some reason tonight they would not book me in because I was using a debit Visa so I am wanting a refund
