Clean rooms & nice area

breakfast menu was very varied and healthy. Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff very friendly

The hotel was fine. The description was misleading. Says it has a spa. It does not. It is very far from Lausanne.

Great stay, confortable rooms

Hotel is in a suburb of Lausanne. Room was not ready at time of check-in. Room was not prepped with linens for 2 occupants. No one answered the service desk when called. Front desk was not aware of major sight seeing spots - Lake Geneva. There was an additional charge for coffee. A/C was not reliable in June. While I was disappointed, I made the best of my stay here. The grounds were nice and clean. The surrounding area/neighborhood is not picturesque.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful gym, Sawna and steam room

At the reception customers service informed us that restaurant will be close tonight but restaurant was open, we ordered from outside food but all wasted.

Great place, super nice staff, very helpful. The only thing was that we may have left something behind and although they were super responsive to start with. They stopped responding now 😐 so I don’t know if they found what we forgot or not. 😢

The shower head was broken and spraying water everywhere. The toilet flush button would get stuck and it would be running.

Need better entrance to hotel. Didn’t like walking through parking gate to entrance. Otherwise hotel is clean and rooms are well done with usb ports to charge the phones. Only stayed for 1 night.

hotel staff very nice and helpful rooms are spotlessly clean beds are modern with foam mattress very comfortable restaurant is nice small menu choice but all the food was excellent. overall very happy to come back and stay again.

We were disappointed with the service and experience we received at this hotel. Swimming pool was closed, this was the main reason we booked this place, and we received no advanced notice. Our son was very upset. We were told about a public pool on the lake, which is lovely btw. We were woken up both mornings by house keeping walking into the room early. They opened the door before I could even get out of bed! When I mentioned it on check out, the staff didn’t seem that shocked! The sink in our room was leaking. Again, when I mentioned to the front desk, he didn’t seem to be bothered, so I assume the next guest in the room will have to manage it with a towel as we did. We had dinner in the restaurant, which claimed to use local produce, but it looked and tasted more like freezer food. Overpriced average food. The gardens are nice but the view of the mountains is now blocked by a new build office block still in construction. Whilst the hotel building is fairly nice, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a specific reason to be there.

Hotel is overpriced for the facilities

I was given a room to the top and another to the first floor. They knew I was coming with family. I requested for a change and i was downgraded to first floor and twin bed instead of king bed.

Good stay for business purpose, just a shame kitchen closes early

State of the hotel and rooms, the location and the staff

Lovely kids friendly hotel with a natural pool and an awesome green garden. We stayed 2 night and had a great time. The beach is only a 10min. drive away. Only thing, parking cud b free at least for hotel guestd staying more than 1 night, since its an on-site parking. All in all ery happy and would book again👌
