Everything was ok

I have stayed here before I got checked in nice older lady Anita . House cleaning manager white female, spoke but nothings by me n response! Over all my trip was prosperous!

Staff was wonderful and rooms nice and comfortable.

room was being fumigated when I walked into the room. I could not breathe in the room. went to the front desk to tell the receptionist. she stated that she will remove it and on other rooms is available. I had to open the window for over six hours before it was safe to breathe in this room, I also reported to the front desk about bugs in the room

It was nice to stay at for the time we were there

The property had roaches. I saw one in my room as soon as I got there. The front desk associate moved us to another room on the same floor. That room also had several roaches but they didn’t come out until the next day. I feel like for the price they should have the property sprayed more frequently,because I was terrified I was gone bring one back home in my bag.

this property was dirty, noisy, staff was not friendly at all. There were roaches in the room. The bathroom had mold and stains everywhere. The WiFi was super slow

It’s was okay but I stood there for 20 mins trying to get a new room key and wasn’t helped. Also the hot water wasn’t getting hot hot it was warm.

We decided to take a last minute family trip for the weekend. This hotel was in a great location and the price was affordable. We had a suite, the room was nice with a pleasant scent. However, the bathroom could use an update. The wifi sucks, the light in the bedroom flashed our entire stay. The breakfast also sucks, well at least it wasn't what we're use to. All in all, I would rate it as 7/10 because I would stay again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was also nice and quite. The room was accurate to website picture.

Pretty calm

Room service banged on door at 8:30am demanding us to get up and sign a form for rejecting room service. I wasn’t dressed and the lady was rude. The halls smelled like weed all weekend. A very loud hotel at night. Not even spring break crowd.

When I walked into the hotel it had a strong smell of marijuana. The room had a jetted tub that didn’t work and I saw a couple of roaches. Which is unfortunate because this hotel is really close to my workplace.

Would stay again

OVERALL my experience was a 4/10. I booked two rooms for a major city event. My first check in was awesome, my second check in was HORRIBLE. The absolute worse encounter with the front desk receptionist I’ve ever experienced She was very disrespectful, lacked knowledge and I hate to say it but RACIST! She threatened to call the police on me for asking prominent questions that she should have known the answers to. I ended up having to book ANOTHER ROOM there which had a broken toilet and a dirty tub full of water and paint chips. After checking out, I did receive a call from the manager Jarrett that morning who smoothed everything over by “the next time you book, a discount on me and I will have a talk with her once she returns to work” but I will not be revisiting this location unfortunately fact of the matter is I had to encounter a lot of disrespect, racial slurs and police threats by a person who was in the WRONG; for over 45 mins. I would not recommend, unfortunately.

The front desk clerk Mrs. Anita was very polite and helpful with all directions and details. There wasn’t anything that I or my husband didn’t like we loved our suite we stayed in. It was very nice and quiet and so peaceful.

Country Inn & Suites is a great get away, the staff is like family to me, always friendly and eager to assure that my stay is as convenient and relaxing as possible. The rates are always affordable. Restaurants and shopping centers are within walking distance from the hotel.

Great stay. No issues at all. Friendly place and a great atmosphere. Close to all kinds of places to get food and shopping. Highly recommend it.

Rates are very helpful for extended stays. Hotel situated in a private and quiet area. Parking well lit with working cameras, a big plus for me. The daily maintenance is impressive. Jerry and staff were above and beyond providing service. Breakfast was always kept up like fresh bacon and French toast. Even grits is always available. Recommend hotel highly.
