Fire place wasn't working for us and the heater was so loud we had to turn it off. Would have been nice to be able to use the fireplace. Told in the morning that the fireplaces were tricky. Would have been nice if there was a note to say to call front desk if it would not work for us. You could not hear the tv with the heat system on.

Have stayed here many times while im working. Was good to see Jim this am as guy at the desk yesterday was unpleasant. My car was vandalized last night in the parkinglot, my first night here in over 2 months. I couldn't understand the foreign lady on the phone after i reported my car vandalized. Staying here is starting to be not a good experience sadly.

Food in restaurant was very good. I was uncertain if this was an old building that had been renovated or if built in the past 40 years. Certainly would look very nice in the summer months. At check-out, the provided coffee was cold. Overall reception staffing could improve customer service.

The restaurant staff were amazing, food was delicious and the room was beautiful.

The people were fine, but the building is old and feels old - the bathroom door didn't close properly, the AC/heater was very loud and right next to the bed, the fridge made a constant ticking sound, and the carpet wasn't vacuumed. Just overall dingy and old feeling, while well located for a morning airport drop off.
