Thanks so much again for a wonderful stay! We especially appreciated Christian at the front desk, and Andrew, Alex, and the other ladies. Shelby in Housekeeping was so helpful when I needed vinegar for my laundry rinse. Adrianna in the breakfast room was stellar, the absolute best keeping things stocked. The housekeeping staff are terrific with their duties. As long as you have room, we will be back! (Sometimes we aren’t able to get a room! No wonder:-)

Fantastic breakfast, super helpful staff, very clean and well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Guest laundry machines are very clean and reasonably priced. Staff goes over and above to meet guest needs. Our favour Best Western hotel in Canada and the USA!

Breakfast is terrific! There are many non-dairy and gluten-free options (whipped coconut cream topping, fresh fruits and berries, gluten-free waffle batter, egg bites, etc). Some mornings there were no seats available in the small breakfast room, but outdoor tables and chairs are available if it’s not cold or wet out. Staff is super helpful and try to accommodate guests' requests. Short walks to restaurants. Always will stay here in Sidney.

Easy parking, close to airport, clean room, what more can one want?

We enjoyed our stay very much. Cookies and refeshments in the lobby was appreciated. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff were fantastic. Overall a great stay.

It was perfect for what we were looking for. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Christian always does a tremendous job taking care of us when we stay here. He is the most personable and attentive hotel employee I have ever dealt with, and he is the main reason I will be coming back again.

Great location, nice property, needs a better cleaning but ok, staff at front desk very nice and helpful, breakfast room super small and breakfast options are very basic, overall is good and i would stay again.

Every time I stay at this hotel, I like it more and more the breakfast is delicious. The refreshing drink in the lobby is a fantastic idea even when I went to use the coffee machine and they no longer had a hot chocolate option. The front desk clerk gave me keurig cups with hot chocolate. It’s the little things that make us stay here fabulous plus location, location, location.
