Rooms are clean and comfortable except the carpet is a bit old. Location if perfect. Can walk to the Centro and paring if free from 7 pm to 9 am in the morning. We paid the parking meter for a couple hours before heading out.

Has no toiletries available in the bathroom. No iron upon requests. Budget hotel in general.

I have no complaints about this property. My overall experience was great. The staff were all very professional, and the room was spotless—including the bedsheets and towels. The bed itself was very comfortable, the breakfast was high quality, great water pressure and consistent hot water in the shower, and the secure paid parking made everything easy. The location was also excellent. I will definitely stay here again if I come back and visit Lecce!

Staff was excellent, very clean. However our bathroom sink was not draining properly and this was mentioned to staff on day one of our stay and it was never fixed. Also our room (201)was next door to the service room and it was very very noisey. We asked to switch rooms and we were told No.

No inside security locks on the rooms. The walls are very thin, one could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. Breakfast was mediocre.

This hotel is well staffed with excellent service, facilities and decor.

Sono capitata in una delle stanze non rinnovate. Il riscaldamento non funzionava e per quanto io sia andata a dirlo alla reception, il problema non si è risolto e ho passato la notte al freddo.

The bathtub was not cleaned that I did not take a shower. But the staff were very helpful.

I have been coming back to President hotel for many years for their friendly and helpful staff, special thank to Mr. Lezzi, for the great location, very spacious and clean rooms, quiet AC and for the amazing breakfast buffet and a dinner menu.

Great stay

It is an old hotel. The room is warm and they have not updated the rooms.

This hotel is showing its age and whilst the lobby is of a high standard the rooms and decor are tired. The staff are helpful but just a little distant in their engagement- maybe too many work professionals pass through. As an individual traveller I would have appreciated More engagement.
