Great location! Rooms were clean and spacious. Ron at the front desk was very kind and helpful at check in. Would stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were very helpful. Everything was in walking distance. Definitley recommend the hotel.

Excellent stay, location and customer service above and beyond

No direct access from car park below the hotel directly into the hotel, which is a problem if you have any luggage. No access to free WiFi despite being a club member.

Room is very clean. Location is super. We could go most of sightseeing places on foot. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. Waitrose is also right next to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very nice! We enjoyed our stays!

Appreciate it was a Saturday when I arrived but there was no one at the front desk and I waited 20 mins to check in, then waited a while checking in for breakfast in the morning. The room was small and basic and property very old, I didn’t feel the photos reflected it well. It felt like a travel lodge, which would’ve been better value for money. The staff were kind

Sink blocked in our room, told reception who said someone will come fix when we were out, no one fixed it. Tiny bathroom that could hardly move in. Small lifts that took ages to stop on the floor and no stairs to use unless emergency. Hotel being renovated downstairs so only one small bar area. Won’t be back

Lovely friendly and welcoming staff

Our room was well set out and lovely and clean, however the desk with the kettle was directly under the fire alarm, and boiling the kettle set this off for our room. We then had to evacuate first thing on a morning, and then realised the rest of the alarms weren’t going off, only to go back to our room and have reception call us (a good 5 mins later) to ask if we were ok. When we explained, they said that it made sense that it was the kettle and this had happened before, and we could carry on as normal. Not being able to use a kettle without setting off an alarm is quite poor, and if the staff are aware of this as an issue, these should be moved or we should have been made aware upon arrival.

Location is perfect for touring the town

The room was super clean, but the pillows were just puffs of air you, sink into them with no support. We could also have done with a mini fridge. The staff were incredibly helpful and really accommodating. However the outside terrace wasn’t cleaned and full of soil, leaves and cobwebs, ontop of that the drinks from the bar were an absolute arm and a leg!! Shockingly expensive. The breakfast was great, apart from the hash browns that on both days tasted stale and dry. But with all that aside, it’s a gorgeous hotel, the location is amazing and we had a great time

I really liked this hotel. It felt clean, new, and very comfortable. Our room was a good size for 4 people. The staff was very nice and location was great. Not right in the center but super close enough to walk We only stayed one night but would definitely been happy to stay more. We had a beautiful view from our window of the bridge .

The Hilton is close to everything you wish to do as a tourist in Bath.

Was a very comfortable and welcoming ;delightful stay….The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient ….Breakfast was delicious and very varied …coffee was excellent I will definitely come back

Don’t hesitate. Book this hotel. The location of this hotel was excellent. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean. It exceeded all of my expectations. Two things to be aware of are, free WiFi is available in the public areas only and there is a public car park next to the hotel where you can pay to park your car.

Easy and quick check in, room was clean, well maintained and spacious. Bed comfortable and lovely river view. Matteo who welcomed us at breakfast was really friendly and helpful telling us everything we needed to know and the food was lovely, The hotel is really central for exploring Bath with everything within walking distance. Great trip.
