We had a 2 night stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. Faultless service from the staff in all areas and particularly the restaurant. Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent.

Amazing experience , loved every second. The place is fantastic, the spa is perfect, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The food was great and the beer was cold. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. Only thing I would add to the spa is an ice bath.

Overall enjoyed the stay, service was slow with the food on the Sunday evening which was sad. We weren’t told until the meal that Sunday roast had ended. Room was ok for one night. All staff were lovely however just seemed like there was no official management.
