The hotel is a short walk from the city center. It's not the newest hotel but well maintained. You can have free water and snacks at the reception which is very nice. The reason for the good rating is because of the very friendly staff. Special thank to the FOM Gabor - very kind person.

Upon check-in, the reception felt a bit neutral and serious, but the overall experience improved afterward. The hotel’s location is excellent—very convenient and right in the center. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and clean sheets, making for a pleasant stay. The property offers a sauna, although I didn’t have the chance to try it. There is no swimming pool or massage center available. At check-out, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming, which left a positive final impression. The hotel also provides a luggage storage room, which is very convenient if you need to leave your bags for a few hours after check-out.

Excellent hotel; wonderful (multi-lingual) staff; comfortable rooms; excellent location on quiet street, close to a park, numerous restaurants and within easy walking distance of bus/tram/metro lines, and short trips to amazing sights. Very walkable neighbourhood for day and evenings strolls. Easy airport access via airport bus (short walk to metro; short metro ride to bus pick-up (100E bus - BudapestGo) . Highly recommend.

I had a pleasant stay at Leonardo Hotel Budapest. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is not very close to the city center, but public transport is convenient and overall it was not an issue. In general, a good experience and good value for money.

good hotel in a good location, especially for tourists from other countries where to find popular places in Budapest it is very convenient because there are metro and tram stops nearby and everything is easily and perfectly accessible. And the reception team does everything perfectly, really professionals! Maybe the soundproofing of the rooms could be better because there were very noisy people living next to us so it was very difficult to sleep at night.
