Room was spotless, staff was super friendly and spoke excellent English. Nooria helped us by generously giving us map of the metro and the city and even marked all the places worth visiting for us. She was super kind. Karla helped us check in and was super nice and helpful. I would say all staff were excellent. The room was good size, TV smart function didn't work so we had to cast TV through mobile phone, which was a slight inconvenience, but otherwise everyday sheets were new and the room was made new. There was free Nespresso machine in the room and there was excellent free coffee throughout the day through the machine at reception.

Did not partake of bar or breakfast. Facility was modernized and very clean. Staff was super helpful at check-in, checkout, and with questions about tourist attractions, hop-on hop-off buses, directions. Bag drop off on early arrival… no problem. Coffee and water available in the lobby… of course. Bag weighing scale in the lobby… very convenient. Location was close to the cruise terminal, the airport, downtown sites, hop-on hop-hop-off stops and many of the popular tourist sites. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying vacation experience.

Wonderful location for a night in the Gothic Quarter near the harbour. The rooms are tight but the public spaces compensate for it. Coffee and hot drinks are thoughtful ammenities

Staff was so helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our staff here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. In a great location, short walk to the metro, restaurants close by, and close to cruise ship bus. Thank you and we hope to visit again!

The hotel reception area is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, it was clean and the bed was massive, in my opinion a bit too big. Personal preference we would have liked a fridge in the room for storing drinks/snacks. We had water bottles refilled by room service every day which was great. We had a small balcony looking onto the street. We didn’t really use though. Unfortunately the windows weren’t soundproof and we could hear all the going on but thankfully it didn’t interrupt sleep but worth knowing about. I would recommend but did feel the cost was on the expense side for what was on offer.

Great place to stay, they made us feel at home from the time we entered the venue. They made the impossible to get us a room well before the check-in time. Great location. Loved this place, we will be back

Very clean and stylish bedroom. Some noise late at night but nothing to stop sleep and was definitely quiet after midnight. Really comfortable bed and slept through till breakfast which is unusual for us! Lovely staff who were so helpful with any questions we had. Location was great, loved walking through all the walkways. Lots of little cafes, restaurants and stores. Would most definitely stay again.

The room was very clean. Their king bed is actually 2 twins pushed together which was fine. My husband kept saying that his mattress felt like the coils were coming up through. After 2 bad nights he pulled back the sheets to discover the mattress had been flipped upside down. It’s not designed to be flipped. After flipping it right side up we noticed an old dried stain. Room 103. Appears someone didn’t want to deal with a spill so they flipped it over.

I was fortunate enough to stay at this absolutely beautiful hotel in a lovely historic district for my 50th birthday for nearly 3 weeks. The entire staff from the front desk, the cleaning crew(s) to the absolutely lovely individuals who run the Circle bar and restaurant couldn't have been more pleasant or accommodating. Although I was happy enough just to speak with them in Spanish they would always gladly respond in English if there was something I didn't quite understand. Every time I travel anywhere I try not to speak my native tongue intentionally and they were always pleasant enough to correct my pronunciation and even teach me new words. There is a fabulous espresso machine by the front desk where you can get high as a kite on caffeine first thing in the morning before beginning extravagant walks through the mind blowing historicity of the city that is Barcelona. The Gotić quarter can be quite loud sometimes in the evenings and even very early mornings but I'm from New Orleans so it felt like home. The rooms are quite quiet in general and I could never hear my neighboring hotel guests. Merely only hearing the shouting once in a while from wiley Southern Spaniards and Italian tourists. To me everything in the city seemed walking distance but there are subway stations everywhere that can take you anywhere you'd like in minutes. There are taxis and Ubers that are convenient as well but I didn't use them. I cannot recommend the establishment enough! 20 out of 10!
