The highly professional Staff, the great location & security, comfy beds and affordable rates are always the main reason I choose to reserve at the Ibis - Greenwich Village, London UK. The hotel itself has old sometimes horribly stinky plumbing, toilets that no tall person could fit onto, no room safe, no entryway closet, no mini frig, and minimal amenities. All that being said, I will most likely continue to keep this hotel on my list as long as I am traveling on my own as my husband would not survive here!

Comfortable and clean and right amongst everything you need. Bar area is poor, doesn’t really have an identity. Wasn’t keen on breakfast in the Asian place attached, pretty limited choice. Staff were friendly enough but some were nowhere near as competent as the Ibis at Sutton point, couldn’t really grasp I wanted a Vat receipt on checkout and parking is complicates things further and is extortionately priced.

Rooms are on the small side but you get what you pay for. Everywhere is clean and the parking seems secure. Have stayed a few times and would return.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed as it was very close to the centre of Greenwich

The staff were excellent and helpful. Sorted out all enquiries, including parking.

Will definitely stay here again as great size room & everywhere was clean. The staff are amazing as so helpful as I didn’t know the area well. Great price & lovely breakfast too. It’s near the docks so a nice walk around there with the dog & there’s a Tesco shop not too far away

Only stayed for a short time but room was clean and nice but tv didn’t work properly screen wouldn’t go to full size not sure if batteries needed replacing in the remote control

Stayed for the second time as visiting the 02. Great location, easy bus access to the venue, cool decor and comfortable rooms.

not impressed that i get charged an additional fee for parking when the hotel lisitng states that the parking is free.

Clean and modern and very central to all the sites. Breakfast was good given the reasonable price we paid. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Ibis Greenwich. The location was excellent for the O2. All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were so comfy. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be back again.

Convenient location for Greenwich town centre and train station. Room was perfectly clean and tidied daily, however there are scuffs and marks in the bathroom and in the main sleeping area which could easily be sorted. Breakfast is OK but I've yet to receive a warm welcome, and it's hit and miss as to what's available. For the price, I would expect more e.g. items topped up, yoghurts etc.

Nice hotel, great location. Friends stayed in the newly upgraded room which was a lot nicer than the room I was placed in. Once all rooms have been upgraded to the new design this would be great.
