No air conditioning, mold all over in the room, missing trim by the floor exposing bugs and spiders, room dirty, poor cleaning service.

Room service horrível (em opções/sabor e demora). Pedi um prato que demorou 2h30 (e a cada uma das ligações que fiz a previsão era de chegada em 10 minutos). Limpeza do quarto bem mediana com insetos mortos e cabelo no quarto/banheiro.

La habitación es poco antigua, podría ser mejor mantenido.

Everything in the hotel was just as described but the staff were what made the difference because they went beyond several times and were absolutely fantastic. Definitely recommend

O funcionários são gentis. O hotel fica perto do Centro de Convenções, mas é longe de qualquer centro comercial ou restaurante. O café-da-manhã é bom. A piscina e a área externa são muito bons. O apartamento é confortável. O banheiro é espaçoso. O restaurante do hotel atende bem. Se estiver chovendo, o hóspede vai ter que subir escadas, ou enfrentar a chuva para chegar no seu apartamento.

Estava tudo muito bom, mas a vista do quarto foi a pior, quarto 264, no demais tudo em ordem… O café estava fantástico!!! Obrigado

Property is clean and comfortable. Bed is very good. Their gym have weights and run mills. Did not use the pool but it looks clean and tempting. Restaurant have good selection on the menu, and the bar have several alternatives.

Very nice hotel with responsive staff and good food options for our first night and a beautiful buffet for breakfast (wasn't included in the room price, however). Rooms were quiet (we didn't face the courtyard, which may be noisier), clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to downtown and within taxi distance to good restaurant options. We felt very well taken care of. We spent our first and last nights in Brazil at this hotel and the staff recognized and greeted us warmly on our last night, which made us feel very nice to be remembered.
